What is in Front of Your Nose

Tonight I was reading David R. Hawkins, MD, Phd, Dialogues on Consciousness and Spirituality and in his opening comments he said,

“What we are talking about today is consciousness. We are going to recontextualize the entire human experience throughout all of history, from many and all viewpoints simultaneously—recontextualize science, epistemology, knowledge, ontology, so that will take us an hour. The nice thing about this lecture is that you don’t have to think. What we will explain is what you already know, and all you need is somebody to define it. Once it is defined, you will realize that it is obvious. That is what makes it difficult, because to explain the obvious and the simple is excruciatingly difficult. Complex is no problem at all. To explain what is obvious and in front of your nose is sort of like a Zen Koan. I mean, it is extremely difficult. It takes many years of concentration, and finally you get what is in front of your nose….”

This is parallel to what I am talking about, the understanding that the essence of LIFE  is the key to your being alive… To use your thoughts to tap into the experience of knowing and sensing this presence that is unobservable, untouchable and basically under your nose is challenging. To get a handle on how simple it is to be with it and walk with it in your everyday moment to moment time line… To use your mind, imagination (what a gift that is) to practice being aware of this third part that makes up the Whole YOU, a Human Being. Remember, to heal means to make one Whole which means to be MIND, BODY and LIFE (Spirit/Soul) unified and working together. Until we practice being or unifying all three with each breath, we are walking around as Human Doings . A head with a body and with some connection to LIFE. Tuning in to the third part, LIFE, assists you in seeing LIFE in others…and it is the most awesome energy on Earth…

Remember, when my mother would ask me “how my life is”, I would answer, “my LIFE is awesome all the time, my living experience can be challenging at times.”

Before an Adjustment

Evening With Craig Rowland

Understanding Your Beliefs Create Your Reality.

Thank you Craig for expanding our comfort zone. Craig took us on a journey beyond our usual chattering minds to question just who is creating our beliefs and therefore our reality. I really appreciate the perspectives of the attendees and though each of us has our own view on just about everything, we were able to walk away with some tools to use in our quest for reconnecting to our “power of presence” (DHP).

I look forward to the results of using some of these simple tools. I will ask Craig to help me put them into proper context and share these tools with you all.
